EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
As UNDP/IAPSO will potentially be involved in the procurement of Emergency Relief Items for the Earthquake and Tsunami disaster in Asia, we hereby invite qualified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the following types of commodities:
• Units for desalination of seawater
• Water pumps including submersible pump
• Water tanks, bladder type
• Foldable water containers
• Hoses, connectores, fittings, valves etc for distribution of drinking water
• Shelters
• Electrical Power Generators
• Emergency Lights
• Portable Toilets
Only companies with experience in supplying similar products on a worldwide basis will be considered qualified. Because of the actual need for the above commodities the delivery time is critical.
To qualify, interested suppliers should submit their Expression of Interest, along with the following documents:
• Product catalogue and technical specification.
• Price list for the commodities mentioned in the Expression of Interest, indicating the shortest possible delivery time.
• Stock list for the commodities mentioned in the Expression of Interest.
• A list of international Quality Assurance certificates held by the company.
Suppliers should also indicate in the Expression of Interest which of the above type(s) of commodities can be supplied.
The Expression of Interest and accompanying documents must be be forwarded to the following address and received no later than 20 January 2005:
UNDP/IAPSO reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest. Only qualified companies will be invited to participate in the possible subsequent procurement exercise, which will be governed by the rules and regulations of UNDP. |
