One of our clients is a well known Pet shampoo brand and currently they are looking for a supplier who can produce a Pet pillow in sizes 65 x 65 cm, 80 x 80 cm and 100 x 100 cm. Technical features are a Pillow in EVA , Foam or another flexible but resistant material with a cushion cover similar to fabric polyester waterproof Taffeta, 90 gram and a second cushion cover to pull over the first one similar to fabric Polyester cotton, industrial washable, 245 gram. The first cushion cover in waterproof Taffeta will avoid that Pet transpiration will penetrate in the cushion and the second cushion cover in polyester cotton will absorb Pet transpiration. This second pillow cover should be treated against frequent washing. No embroidery or pint but just a small woven side label with the brand logo.
