Kindly check the attached file and refer the below mentioned details for the same.
Specification of the Application :
1. Product : Liquid medicine & Powder
2. Vial : Glass bottle as shown in the drawing.
3. Bung : As shown in the drawing - 2 Nos.
4. Cap : As shown in the drawing with placing on the bottle after
bunging application.
5. Application : First of all the vial should get filled with the powder at the
bottom portion of the bottle then the first bung should be placed
as per drawing shown. Then after the liquid (WFI) medicine will
be filled with NO EFFECT OF POWDER in the top portion of the
bottle. The second bung will take place at the end of the
filling liquid in the vial as per the drawing. The final operation is
Cap Placement on the Double Bung vial with the pressing effort
only due to its unique design.
6. Speed : 100 to 120 bottles / minute
7. Volume : For powder it is 3 miligram & For liquid 2 ml.
8. M/c Type : Single machine or Partly distributed design.
